The spam comments were already removed when I reviewed the ticket. Since those users haven't produced any other spam, I did not had any evidence to remove the users. Anyway we started to support reporting such things directly in OBS to better handle those cases, see https://openbuildservice.org/2023/10/02/moderation/. Thanks for reporting anyway, and sorry for the delay.
