Motivation

Following the new test matrix, we need add some minimal update test suites to Migration daily and milestone job group, or do the movement from Migration milestone job group to daily job group..

The test need to be added as below:
migration daily job group(https://openqa.nue.suse.com/group_overview/265)
SLES15SP3:
offline:
* offline_sles15sp3_media_base_all_minimal (move to daily from milestone job group)
* offline_sles15sp3_pscc_basesys-srv-lgm-pcm_def_full (make it run on z/VM)

SLES15SP4:
offline:
* offline_sles15sp4_pscc_base_all_minimal_zVM@s390x-zVM-Upgrade-m1
offline_sles15sp4_pscc_base_all_minimal_zVM_preparation@s390x-zVM-Upgrade-m1 (move from z/VM to zkvm)
* offline_sles15sp4_scc_basesys-srv-wsm-contm_def_full (make it run on z/VM, change scc to pscc)
* offline_sles15sp4_scc_base_all_minimal@x86_64 (move to daily from milestone job group, change scc to pscc)

Migration milestone job group(https://openqa.nue.suse.com/group_overview/266):
SLES15SP3:
online:
* online_sles15sp3_scc_basesys-srv-all_minimal_zypp@x86_64

Note: These test for move to z/VM, refer to existing z/VM test such as test ; test for move P2 to P1, casename need to be updated such as scc -> pscc.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Add some minimal update related test suites to Migration daily and milestone job group.
