Motivation
We don't have 15-SP5 maintenance update repos.
The URL : 'http://download.suse.de/ibs/SUSE:/Maintenance:/Test:/SLE-INSTALLER:/15-SP5:/x86_64/update/'
Acceptance criteria
After the folder ready, we need add setting 'INSTALLER_SELF_UPDATE' to YaST Maintenance Updates and YaST Maintenance Updates development 15-SP5 job groups

According to tracker bug https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1212137#c1 , we will be set for adding the self update repo on 20th of June

The self_update repo was added for all maintenance SP5 tests by some default settings. Once the SCC is not Beta anymore, we should revert :

The BETA is now gone from SCC, so we can proceed with including we SCC_ADDON and INTSTALLER_SELF_UPDATE repo.
