We have tested ovn3 on sle15sp5 GMC one https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11141287#step/ovn/2

So we can test ovn3 on QEM as well.
Questions:
- Do we need to test both ovn/ovn3 [I think the latest version should be fine]
- Do we need to test ovn3 on other platforms? [tw, leap and older sle versions]
