Integrate staging group in repo checker

Description
The repo checker needs to check the staging projects now to gather which packages to repo check together. This depends on 1286
- Target version set to Staging sprint 2
- Priority changed from Normal to High
As discussed in hang out: the repo checker needs to query for reviews by_project with the same prj. We should offer a function for that in StagingApi IMO, but this function should be as self contained as possible to make a future split reasonable.

- Assignee set to coolo
- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
