Motivation¶

Recover logs to figure out what was wrong with installation and have them stored in openQA to file a bug easily.
Probably we should use the same user/password expected by openQA, see a failure where there is not log retrieval:

We don't need to recover all kind of logs, just yast2 logs, the logging mechanism is too complicated in SLE/openSUSE and most of the time we don't need those additional logs for filing YaST bugs. We could extend it in the future.

Acceptance criteria¶

AC1: Mechanism to retrieve logs is implemented for Agama
AC2: Do not recover all kind of logs, just yast2 logs for now.

Additional information¶

auto.pm is using use base 'y2_installbase'; we might need to find a different base class that just does the suggested above.
