Novell Hungary 
http://ftp.novell.hu/pub/mirrors/ftp.opensuse.org/opensuse has been 
unreachable for quite a long time (perhaps more than a year now)

and

FSN.hu  ftp.fsn.hu/pub/linux/distributions/opensuse  will cease its 
operation on the first of May 2023. Announcement by the owner of the 
service:
