openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Desktop-DVD-Updates-x86_64-qam-regression-firefox-SLED@64bit fails in
firefox_private

Fails since (at least) Build 20230426-1

Expected result

Last good: 20230425-1 (or more recent)

I found that the issue might be caused by: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10991244#step/firefox_smoke/19

the firefox_smoke test tried to access http://eu.httpbin.org/html but failed. [But openqa seems doesn't care about it]

The issue should not be seen if no issue to access http://eu.httpbin.org/html

But I think we may need double check if we can enhance the function start_clean_firefox, the case should fail if the url is not accessible with some reason.
