Automate auto-installation of openSUSE Leap 16.0
Description
Motivation¶
Besides ALP Agama is also capable of installing openSUSE Leap 16.0 (I haven't seen anything automated yet regarding Leap 16.0, but if doesn't work we can ask @lubos for the state of this product).

x86_64 and aarch64 (s390x z/VM I don't think it is achievable a the moment)

No update for this ticket because I worked on other issues, just started on this one today.
No worries @zoecao, but in order to improve our process, for example in this case with 12 days and no progress, I think is better to move back to Workable column unassigned, so someone else could pick it up, perhaps after 2-3 days max IMO.

We don't need two test suites, agama_auto_leap and agama_auto_leap_bsc1210941, Please pick just .sh for example, as json has a known bug.
