I just quoted your message so you can see what we can see here [1].
The repositories of any openSUSE MicroOS variant should use Tumbleweed repos [2].
Unless you installed Leap Micro, which has repositories of its own [3].

By the way, I've confirmed with a MicroOS Desktop user that the repositories of their
installed system are exactly the same as of Tumbleweed [4]. Can you try to send what
you tried to send, again?
