Description

The conflict happens because this MU is ltss and goes for all products, even if they do not contain the package (in this case, either containers module or sap are required). Also happening with "regular" maintenance: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10846297

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP3-Server-DVD-HA-Incidents-Install-x86_64-qam-incidentinstall-ha@64bit fails in
update_install

Test suite description

The base test suite is used for job templates defined in YAML documents. It has no settings of its own.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build :28265:podman (current job)

Expected result

Last good: :28243:open-vm-tools (or more recent)

That's not the same issue, the bug you are refering to contains all necessary repositories, ours seems to be triggered because the update is ltss.
