- Related to action #96512: [qe-core][sporadic] Re-Enable Active Directory tests added
I poked Matthias today again, as he's back now.
Handover summary and todo¶
There are now two things that need to be done:
- Ensure that the s390x worker can reach methusalix.qa.suse.de (SD Ticket 115963)
- Re-enable the Firewall on methusalix.qa.suse.de
Re-Enable Firewall¶
To ensure the Windows Firewall is not the one causing the package drop, I've added Allow_All
rules on both the Inbound and the Outbound Rules. Those two rules should be removed and then we need to check, if openQA still can connect to methusalix.qa.suse.de

- Status changed from In Progress to Workable
- Assignee deleted (

The SD ticket is closed and I cannot reply there. Since I'm back in QE-C and this requires likely someone to create a new SD ticket with the same lengthy correspondence, I like to hand this back to someone in qe-core.
Unassigning myself, I wrote a handover summary for the next one to work on this.

- Target version set to QE-Core: Ready
- Status changed from In Progress to Feedback
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
Mark it as resolved now, the code changes can work fine, but we still need to wait for Infra team to fix the DNS resolve problem.
- Status changed from Resolved to Feedback
This is an autogenerated message for openQA integration by the openqa_review script:
This bug is still referenced in a failing openQA test: mau-extratests2
https://openqa.suse.de/tests/17448937
To prevent further reminder comments one of the following options should be followed:
- The test scenario is fixed by applying the bug fix to the tested product or the test is adjusted
- The openQA job group is moved to "Released" or "EOL" (End-of-Life)
- The bugref in the openQA scenario is removed or replaced, e.g.
label:wontfix:boo1234
Expect the next reminder at the earliest in 124 days if nothing changes in this ticket.
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
