Motivation

Follow-up of #125078. Same task, new appearence of the same problem, so we should avoid collecting logs in the following cases too:

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Avoid log retrieval in those particular scenarios where constantly failed

Let's restart the jobs with correct settings in latest build to have clear view of current failures.
