The addon products don't appear as a record_info in the beginning of the addon_modules_sle , it's selecting only basesystem and server applications and on https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10676038#step/addon_products_sle/42 , even though HA is not selected for the addosn to be installed, the needle matches. So the test is skipping some steps, as it thinks that it's here: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10565154#step/addon_products_sle/34

We should implement an additional check in the addon_modules_sle, to fix the particular issue and also avoid similar issues in the feature.
