Motivation:
Move rmt regression automation cases from Migration: Others group to Migration: Milestone group

Acceptance criteria:
AC1: Move the rmt_* cases to Migration: Milestone group
AC2: Move the online_sles15sp3_pscc_basesys-srv_389ds_server_all_ful & online_sles15sp3_pscc_basesys-srv_389ds_client_all_full to Milestone group, and update case name and settings to scc
