Description

Motivation:
Some of the RMT regression tests in Migration:Others are half automated: Installing clients and migration the clients. The current clients testing of migration is not registered by rmt server, need to modify the setting. And need to add testsuites of installation via rmt server.

Acceptance criteria:
AC1: setup a rmt server on a VM, enable products of SLES15SP2, SLES15SP4, SLES15SP5, and mirror the repos
AC2: add testsuites of installing product SLES15SP4
AC3: modify the setting of [case] to with the rmt server url (the one setup in AC1)
