Description

Motivation

There were multiple investigation tickets in the past to make it work this additional transactional update test in other architectures and specially in PowerVM wasn't very succesfull, so the approach is to unschedule it here and in the future perhaps take a look.
Also it might be a waste of time to fix it here if in the near future we come back to hmc.

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Unschedule test module health_check in this test suite for spvm
AC2: Create new ticket in Yam backlog with low prio to investigate this issue.
