closedNew IP addresses for mirror.alwyzon.net

Description
Dear OpenSUSE team,
The server "mirror.alwyzon.net" is getting a hardware upgrade. To accomplish
this without downtime, the new server is prepared using new IP addresses. Once
ready, the domain is then changed to the new addresses.
Thus, please add the following IPs to the whitelist of stage.opensuse.org:
- 46.102.157.26
- 2a0d:f302:99:0:e207:1bff:fe6a:e7b1
(If adding additional IPs is not supported, just replace the existing IPs. The
mirror should be ready once whitelisted by all projects anyhow.)
Thank you for your time,
Michael

Hi Michael,
Please excuse us delayed reply.
We are changing infrastructure and now there is alternative source to sync - stage3.opensuse.org . It doesn't require special permissions:
Can it work for you?
Otherwise we will adjust config on stage.opensuse.org as requested.
Regards,
Andrii Nikitin

Hello Andrii,
Thank you for your attention to this ticket, but I'm not sure if any action is even still necessary.
We completed our hardware upgrade in March, and there have been no access issues regarding stage.opensuse.org. I double-checked just now to ensure I'm not missing anything here, but our mirror server is happily syncing directly from stage.opensuse.org every few hours. Maybe somebody updated the IP allowlist already but forgot to close this ticket? At least the server isn't out of sync, and the rsync script uses stage.opensuse.org as its source.
Best regards,
Michael

Hi Michael,
apologies for the late response. Since we use your DNS name "mirror.alwyzon.net" in the whitelist on stage.o.o instead of individual addresses, you basically updated the whitelist yourself by updating your DNS records. :-)
Best,
Georg
