Motivation

open-iscsi now uses /var/lib/iscsi, no longer /etc/iscsi and that might break test in TW + SLE 15 SP5

Acceptance criteria

AC1: Fix the path for all existing validations

Additional information

Looks like the only place where we use that path is in:
https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/blob/254e8a3c7d76203af13dec2c5da18ac63b6280f4/tests/iscsi/iscsi_client.pm#L164
but look for more places and of course other products should not be affected.

Note: the change probably didn't reach yet the product but we can prepare the PR.
