This currently blocks all stagings. No product change to be made out, as it started happening in different stagings of different TW base versions, all at the same time.
At least for the staging part we will need a fix/workaround rather quickly (for product test I can ignore the failure, for staging that is not possible)

Seems whatever registry was at fault has been corrected...
