observation

just after lsdasd this test fails in or after formatting with a timeout on wait_serial:

steps to reproduce

TBC This has never been seen in before by okurz and I conducted multiple hundreds of s390 tests so steps to reproduce are currently unknown

problem

H1. timeout for formatting process too short
H2. The specific worker was slowed down by external reasons
H3. The serial output got munched

suggestion

Let's see if anyone has an idea, has seen this in before or if it will happen again in near time.
