Motivation¶

Although with so many changes in Yam squad and more expected ALP workload next year, it is difficult to foreseen the exact roadmap further that what is planned from the presentation Project Owner on the Bench, which is equivalent to half a year, we should do an effort to organize the topic we would like to tackle in the period of one year.
Additionally this roadmap is a great tool to align company goals with actual tasks.

Acceptance criteria¶

AC1: New draft of roadmap is created for 2023 in Yam space in Confluence
AC2: Draft is reviewed and agreed by the squad

Basically there should be three main blocks:

• ALP
• SLES (consolidation)
• Internal improvement of the squad. We could consider to link the epics for each point.
