Problem: nothing provides 'rust1.65' needed by the to be installed rust-1.65.0-150300.21.38.1.aarch64
 Solution 1: Following actions will be done:
  deinstallation of rust-1.64.0-150300.21.35.1.aarch64
  deinstallation of cargo-1.64.0-150300.21.35.1.aarch64
 Solution 2: do not install patch:SUSE-SLE-Module-Development-Tools-15-SP3-2022-26743-1.noarch
 Solution 3: break rust-1.65.0-150300.21.38.1.aarch64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

Observation¶

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP3-Server-DVD-Incidents-Install-aarch64-qam-incidentinstall@aarch64-virtio fails in
update_install

Fails since (at least) Build :26743:rust (current job)
