Motivation¶

SLES for SAP Horizontal migrations are not connected with the image that are booting in case of qemu, for 64bit, i.e.: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9831082 so the test suite might run before the asset is publish.

Yam created this AutoYaST test suite running in Functional job group (which we plan to move to YaST job group) and this would be ideal to be used and establish the dependency, rather than an interactive installation.

Scope¶

This is the list of test suites:

Acceptance criteria¶

AC1: Connect AutoYaST gnome installation with SLES for SAP Horizontal migrations
AC2: Configure SLES for SAP Horizontal migrations in openQA job group Migration
AC3: Rename test suite names to start with sap_*

Suggestions¶

We exclude ppc64le as we need an AutoYaST installation to be created for PowerVM
