Motivation¶
Currently, after add addons, it must wait register page and GPG page at register_extensions_and_modules test module
But only addons which need register code need those pages.

Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Split register_extensions_and_modules to handle separately additional registration
AC2: Not schedule additional registration for s390x and aarch64
