#108413#note-14 shows multiple reminder comments for an urgent ticket but the ticket is blocked by subtasks so should not have received any comments.

AC1: SLO checker only look at tickets with no open subtasks
AC2: Queries in https://progress.opensuse.org/projects/openqatests/wiki#SLOs-service-level-objectives only show tickets adhering to AC1
AC3: Tickets still receive reminder comments based on SLO periods

Queries in https://github.com/openSUSE/openqa-tests-backlog/blob/main/queries.yaml need to be adjusted, same as we have queries in tools team like https://progress.opensuse.org/issues?query_id=543
Check existing examples
Modify the query/queries with additional filters e.g. subtasks: none
