Motivation

After removed workaround of bsc#1191112 - When navigating through YaST module screens the next screen appears, but its content is not loaded on SLES15SP5, we still need to remove workaround for SLE-15-SP4 where the fix is expected in libyui 4.3.5

Nevertheless if the refreshment issue is not gone completely we could expect to have https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1204176
as the fix didn't solve all the problems.

afir we addressed changing the softfailure by some record_info, because it is impossible to reproduce outside openQA.
