Description

This happens only in aarch64:
While testing the ipsec connection, ipsec start hasn't finished its background job and as a consequence ipsec up ikev2suse fails.
As a workaround, we will put a sleep command, until we add a more convenient workaround.

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Server-DVD-Updates-aarch64-cc_ipsec_client@aarch64-virtio fails in
ipsec_client

Test suite description

Testsuite maintained at https://gitlab.suse.de/qe-security/osd-sle15-security.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20220919-1

Expected result

Last good: 20220917-1 (or more recent)

Further details

Always latest result in this scenario: latest
