Motivation¶
- We need an easy tool to train our team members with the objective that everyone could work on a ticket in all the projects we work on.
- We need a easy boarding tool for all new guest (Squad Rotation Program)
Procedure¶
- We have in this coordination ticket, a list of areas/ideas that we want to cover with the documentation
- When we want to work on an specific area we create an specific ticket for that. (We don't create documentation tickets unless we are going to work on that)
- We'll have special one-day sprints when all the team could work on documentation. But everyone could work on documentation any time asking to POs about priorities
