I'm manually updating the aarch64 image.

Updating the image really takes a long time. But I'm also running emulated aarch64 hardware, so what do I expect?

Pushed the updated image, restarting https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9502055 to check if it is working.

Please, don't update the images like this. It's prone to failures and not reproducible.
We have jobs that already do that using autoyast:
https://openqa.suse.de/group_overview/377?limit_builds=400&limit_builds=50&limit_builds=20

What we need to work on is to trigger these jobs automatically, for which we have #116269
