There's a failure happens on some offline migration cases on power. The whole chain needs to be reworked with the three steps identified(1) node creation with clusters (2) migration (3) validation with clusters.
The cases now failed with an error:
Unsupported Configuration, (an unknown udev device '/dev/disk/by-id/scsi-0QEMU_QEMU_HARDDISK_hd0-part1')

It may resolve the problem by adding a correct device name in case setting, I tried by adding QEMU_VIRTIO_RNG=0 (suggested in bsc#1198231); HDDMODEL=scsi-hd (it works in HA group); HDDMODEL=virtio-blk, but no one work.
