Looking at the log /srv/bs/logs/ftp.uni-stuttgart.de.log, since around August 7, repo pushes to ftp.uni-stuttgart.de have been failing:
rsync: [receiver] close failed on "/devel:/......" (in opensuse-buildservice-push): No space left on device (28)
