update_install

MAX_JOB_TIME=9000 due to long texlive update

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build :25294:kernel-ec2 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: :25251:webkit2gtk3 (or more recent)

Need to add the 12-SP3 LTSS TERADATA and BCL updates. before test/install patch.

Verify that LTSS TERADATA update repo was missing here:

Verify and add to the setting to add 12-SP3 updates LTSS Teradata udpates before try install patch

Could please verify and add to repositories config to add repos to SLES 12-SP3 LTTS TERADATA and BCL on next tests.
