Description

Motivation

I discovered by chance I seem to lack access to QA:Maintenance{,:Test} on IBS. And what's worse is that what looks like a team project is owned by 2 persons at the time of this writing. That makes a bus factor of 2.
As a general rule we shouldn't rely on people being available for basic maintenance. Just entertain the idea that one is on holidays and the other is on sick leave. Guess what happens then? Nothing until one of them is back.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: more tools team members have been added to QA::Maintenance{,::Test}

Suggestions

  • Pick an existing team from the "maintenance" or "tools" context
  • Create a new team in IBS
  • Ensure persons including the existing ones and others from QE Tools are on that team
  • Ask someone from an inherited team to add people from tools to that team
