Test autoyast_iscsi_ibft fails on SLE15 SP5
Added by rainerkoenig over 1 year ago.

Description
Observation¶
Testsuite autoyast_iscsi-ibft fails because of
https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9340909#step/installation/44
which shows that autoyast can't propose a partition layout because /dev/sda is not found.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Investigated why sda is no longer existing. See additional infos below.
Additional info¶
Findings so far:
- Test succeeded on SLE15 SP4 Build 151.1
- The autoyast_iscsi_ibft.xml file was last changed 17 months ago.
- YaST2 logs extracted from the test show that a device vda would exist, but not a device sda.
- Tags deleted (
qe-yast-refinement)
- Status changed from New to Rejected
Thanks for the investigation.
Please file a bug accordingly, if we specify sda in the profile we should expect that.
