Drop migration paths 'from SLE-15-SP1' in all job groups
Description
Motivation¶
For migration path SLE15 SPx to SLE15 SPx+4 is NOT supported, so we can remove test coverage for SLE 15 SP1 now that SLE 15 is available for testing.

[Migration: Other tests] is empty at the time of writing, please in any other migration group, search for sp1 to cover all the test cases.
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: All migration paths from SLE-15-SP1 are drop in all the job groups
