openSUSE admin

pontifex - looks like $UBJ every 20mins, on :10, :30 and :50. The first one apparently at 2022-07-16T00:10:01 - did something get updated?
The only job we have at 10,30,50 is /home/mirror/bin/publish_factory_leap.
