closedRemove setup for YaST Maintenance Updates in SLE-12-SP2

Motivation¶
LTSS phase of SLE 12 SP2 finished long time ago and we didn't notice that we should not test it anymore.

AC1: No more builds appear in openQA for MU of SLE-12-SP2

Consider if there is anything else to be removed beside the job group. Check with QE-Core.

We had a discussion with Santiago. QE-Core will continue to cover YaST installation scenarios (such as qam-textmode) in their qe-core MU job group.
This means that we can delete the dedicated setup we have for this coverage for the YaST 12-SP2 MU job group.
