Description

Observation

Sometimes when we're starting a program, but specially when closing one, the SUT misses the shortcut and a window is left behind

suggestions

  • one possible idea is to investigate if by using combinations of hold_key + send_key will behave properly without activating accesibility features when the host is under load (a hold_key ctrl-alt for 10 seconds should be able to simulate the behavior I think)
  • modifying krunner and gnome laucher to: not autocomplete and not make any kind of suggestions when typing

TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.
