Description

This requirement is from security squad team, as UEFI + SecureBoot is required on many tests:

For example:
Common criteria
FIPS
TPM2

Currently, we have one test case in security team https://openqa.suse.de/tests/8770309, and it will have more than 10
children jobs later, then it makes sense we add this test into Function group.

We security team will have a try at first and will ask for YaST team's kindly help if any issue.
