Can you please suggest what is wrong with my setup?

Well, we commonly support only Tumbleweed and Leap but 15.3 and SLE 15-SP3 are not too far off. I suspect a missing repo devel:openQA:SLE:15 ifcwe even have that. But you can use the corresponding Leap one. Can you please list your zypper lr --uri

Hello Oliver,
I have the devel:openQA:SLE:15 repository in my system.
The only problem was that the repository was disabled :)
However after upgrade I run on another issue with some opencv object missing.
If the SLE isn't supported I should probably switch to Leap then.
