closedSplit yast and yast2 test modules in Maintenance Updates

Motivation¶
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP3-Server-DVD-Updates-x86_64-mau-extratests-yast2ui-textmode@64bit fails in
yast_lang
We don't have there TIMEOUT_SCALE=3 like in YaST group and probably we shouldn't because there is a mix of yast2 with yast test modules and potentially we could split those two types of modules, instead of bumping timeout.
Scope¶
All maintenance products where that test suite is scheduled
Acceptance criteria¶
AC1: Stabilize this scenario, potentially splitting.
