Description

Hi,

Our mirror has been syncing for more than a day, and the average download speed has been 3 mbps.
Are there any limits on rsync.opensuse.org? Our server can easily do 20 mbps or more probably.

I wonder what could be the problem, it does not seem to be on our side.

Best,

Alex

rsync.o.o is mostly for non-public mirrors, it has limited bandwidth, probably 1Gbit/s max.
You could just use stage.o.o instead, your mirror (rsync.opensuse.net.br / 45.225.27.127) has access.

Good to know, are stage.o.o and rsync.o.o always in sync? or should I be worried that stage might have some issues?

stage.o.o is the master, and rsync.o.o will virtually always be a little bit behind.

Thanks, we can close this.
