mirrorbrain being a bit schizophrenic?

Description

I get two different mirror lists :

The first has only one mirror listed, the second has 6-7. Mind you, the 2nd one also lists some mirrors twice:

So, http was served by MirrorBrain and https was served by MirrorCache back then, it explains the difference in mirrors count.
I did see and can confirm the issue with duplicate entries in .mirrorlist, (it looks it happens when there is no mirror for the country?). But it is mostly cosmetic issue, I will try to look closer with low priority unless there are more complains.
