Ideally we could use a github workflow for this that can be triggered on demand, but also a script that has to be ran manually, would suffice

Acceptance Criteria¶

1. Tool created to assist the export jobgroups to yaml file so that they can be imported into git of the yaml
2. All openSUSE job groups outside of the Development JobGroup are migrated
3. One development jobgroup per Product (Leap, TW, JeOS, Maintenance, covering all arches in a single one) is set up.

Suggestions¶

For jobgroups that become tricky, create subtickets of this task and handle separately, if a QE Team has objections, they should be noted in this ticket, with a link to the conversation (Private conversations do not count) or mailing list message.
