Description

Motivation

We already have a "last updated" in the dashboard which can be misleading.

We should have - last time of SMELT sync, last time of Incidents schedule and last time of Aggregates Schedule

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1: Correct update datetime is shown on dashboard
