This is going on for 3 days already.
The error is
Failed to fetch https://provo-mirror.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/kubic:/libcontainers:/stable:/cri-o:/1.23/xUbuntu_20.04/amd64/cri-o_1.23.2~0_amd64.deb File has unexpected size (19918280 != 19918648). Mirror sync in progress? [IP: 91.193.113.70 443]

The rsync of repositories/ was started 28 March at 14:48 UTC and it is still running, almost three days now. It is currently at devel:/gcc/, so devel:/kubic: isn't so far away. Unfortunately, all I can do is report on the progress.

Yeah. The rsync has been restarted a couple of times at least, I'm not sure why that is.

- % Done changed from 50 to 100
Well, that particular file is now sync'ed.
