Description
Kubernetes tests use the Public Cloud Tools VM, and we hardcode it's value in the job yaml, e.g. HDD_1: "publiccloud_tools_XYZ.qcow2".
This might lead to failures in tests and the need of constantly updating the value of that variable, which might become painful.
The CRB should have a way to calculate the latest PC tools job and extract its PUBLISH_HDD_1 variable to inject it to the tests.
