Same as in trigger_publiccloud https://gitlab.suse.de/qac/trigger-public-cloud/-/blob/master/lib/OpenqaHelper.pm#L167
and in qam bot - https://github.com/openSUSE/qem-bot/blob/master/openqabot/pc_helper.py#L53

we need to teach https://gitlab.suse.de/qac/container-release-bot automatically detecting latest image
