Timo Jyrinki Absolutely @Oliver Kurz, the investigation tab these days is awesome. Could/should the "needles_diff_stat" be called "needles_diff_to_last_good"? And you're right that teaching everyone about the needle creation pitfalls is important - sometimes it might feel "add a new needle" could be the right answer to a problem, but it might makes things worse. Maybe that could be helped in the UI somehow as well, but it's probably a bit hard to summarize what one needs to be aware of when creating a new needle - each test flow is different.
Timo Jyrinki Colors could be used in the needles diff to indicate new needles and removed needles - it's usually the very newest added needles that cause havoc.
Oliver Kurz Good point about the "to_last_good". It seems a bit inconsistent right now. I will check the labels.
